Pittman Labs / CameraMixer
CameraMixer privacy policy
Camera control goes directly to your equipment. Your saved setup stays on your iPad.
Effective October 18, 2026. This policy covers CameraMixer for iPad, published by Pittman Labs. The Micromixer policy covers the separate iPhone app.
No account, tracking, or analytics
CameraMixer does not require an account and contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking. The app does not send your settings, camera names, control activity, or diagnostics to Pittman Labs servers. It does not access the iPad camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
Settings stored on your device
The app saves switcher addresses, camera and input assignments, cached input names, lens capabilities, monitor-output choices, and camera looks on your iPad. It also writes a local connection report containing connection status, switcher address, input count, assigned camera names, and the current status message. The report is not automatically uploaded. These files may be included in device backups according to your Apple settings.
Direct equipment connections
CameraMixer uses the local network to exchange control commands and status with the ATEM address you enter. This traffic includes camera adjustments and your chosen auxiliary monitor route. It does not pass through a Pittman Labs service. The app does not receive or record video or audio and does not create a VPN. Any remote network or VPN you use is configured separately.
Demo mode
Demo mode runs on your iPad without connecting to production equipment. Demo changes are separate from your saved live configuration.
Support correspondence
If you email brandon@pittmanlabs.tech, we receive the email address and information you choose to include and use them to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, access keys, or sensitive production information. Support email is handled by our email provider.
Your choices
You can edit saved assignments and switcher settings in the app and manage Local Network permission in iPad Settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data; copies in device backups are managed through your Apple backup settings. Contact support with questions about information you sent by email.
Changes and contact
